Terms of service

Before commissioning me, Please do read the terms of service

as of September 2026GENERALThe artist, Rhendlee reserve the right to cancel & refund your request if It's not within my scope.Any usage relating to: training AI, non-fungible tokens, cryptocurrency, or the blockchain is strictly prohibited. The commission will be immediately canceled upon discovery and action will be taken.COMMUNICATIONWill be done either here on VGen or on other platforms like Discord/Twitter only.
We'll exchange DMs before and after I, Rhendlee make/send a proposal regarding the commissionREVISIONS2 Free revisions during the sketching phase, color adjustments and some minor placement adjustments
[Example: Adjusting the position of some accessories, etc.]1 Minor revisions AFTER the sketch has been approved. Anything more after that will now include some additional feesDEADLINES AND DELIVERYTurnaround time varies on the complexity of the drawing. Usually takes less than a week.
Any circumstances that might happen that will affect the turnaround time, you will be notified immediately :DIf you have a strict deadline, additional fees may apply.The full-resolution finished commission will be sent in a PNG format via e-mail.PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION & REFUNDSAll Payment transactions will be set here on VGen
Can be paid either full upfront or on a 50-50 split basis.You (the commissioner) can cancel & refund
unless the proposal has already been approved by you,However if any emergency occur while any project(s) is being worked on, you are legible for a percentage refund based on the remaining progress of the work.If there's any reason Rhendlee is unable to complete the commission,
A refund will be issued regardless of the progress made.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSMost if not all Artworks/Projects are for personal use by default,
Unless it was discussed and agreed for it to be used on other means.Any projects done by Rhendlee reserve the rights for their artworks/projects
unless agreed & written otherwise.
